What the course consists of:

Each training program will be prepared according to the needs of the individual practitioner, while still following the guideline of the “three adjustments”: the body-posture, breath and mind.
These are the aspects to be trained in order to prepare for a proper practice of Qi Gong, whose techniques involve the body and the harmony of its movements, progressively more complex; we then move on to the breath and the awareness with which it is managed and used to handle anxieties and emotions; finally we deal with the mind, trying to free it from the “noise” and “chatter” of thoughts, to make it active and present, up to improving intuition and proprioception of the body.

What you will learn:

You will learn to use and perceive your body like never before. By correctly coordinating the joints and kinetic chains, you will be able to develop a great explosiveness and a perfect balance.

Often neglected, the mind is however responsible for the management of the body and emotions: controlling it is difficult, taming it is possible. The dormant potentialities that we can unlock through specific methods of meditation and visualization are almost unlimited.

Breath is the bridge between inside and outside. “Yì dăo qì, qì dăo lì” is a Chinese maxim that contains the secret of personal realization: the mind/will guides the breath (or energy, or vital breath), the breath/energy guides the strenght. In martial arts, as in everyday life, it is imperative to achieve harmony and synergy between these three elements, to overcome anxiety and daily stress, to keep wellbeing and health, and to orient the will towards the achievement of our purposes.
