Qi Gong classes
Synchronizing your breath to the rhythm of your heart, calming the mind freeing it from obsessive thoughts, forging the body to adapt to seasonal changes and different lifestyles…
These are just some aspects of the broad cultural, medical and sports panorama embraced by the ancient oriental martial disciplines.
What the course consists of:
The ancient arts of breathing, created to balance the flow of internal energy, the health and the synchronous functioning of the nervous system, are integrated with martialtechniques and active visualization exercises from every continent, whose origin is lost in the mists of time.
Traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, Qi gong, Shamanic arts, Meditation and Traditional martial arts converge in a single path created to restore the psychophysical balance of the practitioner and to strengthen his will, awareness and health.
This inaugurates a training program customizable according to the needs of the individual, a path of encounter that aims to rediscover yourself and achieve harmony between body, mind and spirit, between yin and yang, between human being and environment… Until you reach full awareness of yourself and your potential!

The following exercises embrace the three areas – body, mind and breath – of the human being, re-establishing synergy between the parts and control over the perception of self.

Mental relaxation and “ki test” (an Aikido exercise)
Work on the centre of gravity (equilibrium, dynamic footwork) with diaphragmatic respiration
